Can i make a plot interactive in Matlab?

Hi, Most of the plot i generate tend to be static. For example, if i place my cursor near a point, I want the value to be displayed!

A=[2 3 4 5]
bar(A)

If i place my cursor at the first bar, i want the height to be displayed for example

So how can i do this in Matlab?
