How to overwrite an existing image?

Hello,

I have a loop and I want to be able to overwrite an existing image in each iteration. But I have the following problem:

Unable to open file "E:\projet\data\scène1\Object\1.png" for writing. You may not have write permission.

I have the permissions and the directory exists. The image is not open anywhere.

I followed this error and I think it occurs beacause I use this image in the code in which I use a call to some functions in .Net.

So I need some method that can make the image free after the use.

Is there any methods to do it? Can you suggest another solution?
