Adjacency mathematical model code which could simplify entering 1 or 0 in adjacency matrix, assume in the environment of million nodes

Hi matlab community Do we have any coded adjacency mathematical model which could simplify entering 1 or 0 in adjacency matrix table. Assume you have tenth thousands to million nodes, with some main to lateral branches as practiced in water distribution networks etc. Thanks all
