逆行列を求める処理を高速に行いたいです

明示的に逆行列を求める必要はなく線形方程式 Ax = B を求める上では x = A\b がもっとも適切かと思います。 行列のサイズ・特徴にも依存しますが、Parallel Computing Toolbox の組み込み関数を使用したGPUによる並列処理で高速化が図れる場合もあります。
