How can I install computer vision toolbox for MATLAB R2014b and my system is 32-bit operating system,Window 7 , and I will also try this 'visionSupportPackages' but still it will not work.

Computer Vision Toolbox is an optional extra-cost toolbox. You need to obtain a license for it, and then you need to use the MATLAB installer to download and install it.

Note: the toolbox license is included in Student Version licenses, but R2014b was not offered in Student Version and all other types of licenses do not bundle the toolbox.
