Problem in Simple Sine wave model download over ds6713

Hello There !
I just want to run a simple Sine wave model on DSK6713, but the problem is that, on the scope of simulink it provides the fine response but when I download the model on DSk6713, the response becomes weird, I am submitting the model and response for kind suggestions and hints on the link below
