How can I apply a weighting distribution on the histogram of hsv components?

Is this program is correct or not?? I have the histogram of hsv components.. I want to apply weighting distribution on the histogram analysed image.. What should I do?

You know that in your lines

hhssvv= cat(3,H1,S1,V_comp);
figure,imshow(hhssvv);

that your V_comp has not been changed, so you are effectively doing imshow(h1) which is the hsv version of your original image? And you are attempting to display it as if it were RGB ?
