Convert txt file to mif file

Hi guys.
I have a txt file that contain certain value. I want to convert this file to mif file. But I dont know how to do it. What should I do?

Is .mif Adobe FrameMaker Format or MapMaker Interchange Format?

mif stands for Memory Initialization File. I have read people said I can change to mif file using Matlab
