VBA to MATLAB conversion

What would the code-equivalent be applied to change? For example are you using VRML and wanting to change the material associated with an object? Is this for SimMechanics? Is this for just general 3D plotting, that you want to be able to apply "materials" to arbitrary 3D surfaces?

I am linking CST(3D EM modelling) and MATLAB. I'm controlling CST from MATLAB(COM interface).So I've generated a solid(brick) with material Vacuum. I want to change the material to another(sand).
