Batch code with slover

Hello, I have some problem with old scripts using slice_overlay function and I plan to use rather the slover function. How can I use slover in batch, without using o=slover('basic_ui') to define interactively the parameters and above all how I can save the figure generated in the spm graphic windows using only command line ? Thanks by advance.

Hi Eric, I'm afraid I don't have the answer to this, but did you ever figure it out?

Hi neuroDuck,
Thank you for your message!
For the past four years, well... I think I've found a solution, but I have to confess I forgot what!!!
If you have the same problem, just let me know and I'll try to find it!
All the best.

Thank you. I didn't find a way to do it through Slover, but instead used a very nice toolbox called slice_display. All the best to you!

Hello,
I am having same issues - want to use slover in batch, without using o=slover('basic_ui') to define interactively the parameters.
My input are three .nii images - mask and two threshold t-maps. The latter are plotted with colormap hot and winter with certain range interval.
The problem is that, I have to plot 40 t-maps and I want to automate the process via script/batch, so I don't have to click for every image via GUI interface.
Thank you.
