Plot Colored Data from Excel

Hi guys, I have a program that later on gives me a 4 column matrix.

the first 3 columns are the variables which I`d like to plot in a graph and the 4th column is an index number that I want to match a color that will make every line with that index correspond to a dot with that color in the graph.

I also would like to be possible if I put the cursor on top of a dot in the graph, for it to show me to which file in the Excel file it corresponds.

Is it possible?
