graphic matrix

Please i need a help. I must plot a matrix on a graph. I used pcolor and i liked it but this function doesn't graph the last column and row of the matrix.Besides it inverts the axis, so the main diagonal becomes the secondary diagonal... I used imagesc but i don't like it because it doesn't have borders for each square like pcolor. Could you help me???
