Multiple Plots On Same Page

So I have to plot certain data (90 graphs total) and a single graph looks like this.

However when I

hold on

and plot 90 sets superimposed, it looks just like a patch of multiple colours.

Now what would be the most optimal way to represent the plots that can let us compare them and study the difference. For example (and this is just my thought and I am open to opnions) comparign these 90 plots in a Matrix fashion using

subplot

is really not a great idea! What would be the best idea to compare them side by side? Any suggestions? Thanks.

Amritpal - what do each of the ninety plots represent? What is the relationship between (say) plot 12 and plot 13? Is the order important? Would you want to compare plot 1 with all other 89 plots, and plot 2 with all other 89 plots, etc.?

They are not comparable per say. They are just similar plots each with be a different graph. But the project leader wants each plot in a visually comparable way. any suggestions?

I would use subplots and ensure that the interval for each axes is identical for each subplot. So for all of your 90 plots, determine the minimum and maximum values for the x and y axes, and then set the axes interval for each subplot. See axis limits for details.

Else, create a GUI that allows the user to select any two (or more?) of the 90 plots to compare them side-by-side.
