MCP3008 on raspberry pi3

Hello !
I want to use flexi sensors on Raspberry Pi3. I installed support packages. I can reach Raspberry Pi and blink an LED but I could not enable spi connection. You can see everything on images.I used Arduino to get 3.3V and ground. What can be the reason? Thank you.

I got it! First I enabled SPI from Raspberry :)
