How do I create the DSP object?

I have the DSP System Toolbox, but do not know how to create the dsp object used in the examples.

How do I create the dsp object, in order to use functions like dsp.audioFileWriter?

OK, I see that there is no dsp object, but dsp.AudioFileWriter works.
