train classifier using data from multiple tables

I am trying to do pixel based classification for lung segmentation. I have prepared tables for some images by extracting some features and also mentioning labels in the table. For each image there is one table of (no. of samples*features)dimension. Now I want to use a classifier to train it using these data. How can I train a classifier using data from multiple tables?
