@Walter: Excellent list! I know, that you know, that I know, that this is an excellent list. But I feel that it is the time to mention this obvious information explicitely.

Contessa, it appears that tutorial is done with Shockwave Flash.

I cannot (easily) display it at home as the browser I am using does not have Flash support. Internet Explorer would probably support it though.

You would have to click on the "Download All" link, save the .zip file, unzip it, and then click on something or other to start, but I am not sure which file at the moment.
