plotting CLASSIFICATION confusion matrix

Hello I want to plot the classification confusion matrix, from the output variables as obtaind from the defualt matlab function rather than using the plotconfusion function:

[c,cm,ind,per] = confusion(targets,outputs)

How do I use these four varibales :c,cm,ind,per TO GENERATE A CONFUSION MATRIX?

Though cm is the confusion matrix, I don't know any quick and simple solution to plot it.

Any particular reasons that you do not prefer using plotconfusion function? confusion function itself is from Neural Network Toolbox so using plotconfusion seems to be a good option if you are to use confusion function.

Actually I have calculated a lot of outputs for different neural network considering random partitions and save the targets and results using the confusion function.So i ave to repeat the code in its entirety to plot confusion for each and every case.It will take lot of time.So, that's why.
