Close Control System Toolbox main window

Hello guys, i'm using Control System Toolbox, so i open it with
handle = sisotool();
now i want to close these two windows just opened:
but with
close(handle);
only the second form is closed, so my answer is how to close "Control and Estimation Tools Manager"? I tried to get handle's parent but didn't work, it seems to not have a parent

I use version R2013b because there are some old UIs which are not compatible with newer version. Btw there are two window, so there are two figures, but i can only access one of them, do you know where the other one is stored and how to get it? Thanks

If you examine the UserData field of the handle returned, you will find a sisogui.sisotool stored there which is the tools manager. Unfortunately I have not been able to figure out how to close it by program. I dug into the creation code for it, but it is old-style MATLAB objects and I do not understand some of the object creation mechanisms for that.

Hi Davide,
The "close" function in MATLAB is used to remove a specified "figure".
The "Control and Estimation Tools Manager" is not considered a "figure", and therefore cannot be closed using this command.
There is no documented way to close this window programmatically in R2013b. You need to close it manually.
Refer to the following documentation link for more information about the "close" function: https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/close.html
Thanks,
Farouk
