could anyone help me with the matlab code for counting non circular objects that i segmentioned using k-means color segmentat

I segmented the wbc from blood smear image using color based k-means segmentation. can you please help me to count the segmented objects. i guess circular hough cant be used as most of the segmented cells are not circular in shape.
