Getting problem in Matlab GUI code.

I am new to matlab. Will u please help me in matlab code for generate negative of image, contrast value of image and average intensity value of pixel in the image.

For uint8 images,

negativeImage = uint8(255) - YourImage;

For average intensity, rgb2gray() and then mean2()

Try imadjust() to change the image, or colormap() to change just how it's displayed.
