Does someone has any Matlab code for Pulse Amped Sensor for arduino ?

I have problem interfacing with pulse amped sensor. It only can work by using arduino IDE. I don't know how to write the code for pulse amped sensor to work in MATLAB. Can someone help me ? thanks
