GigE Pyrocam IV: Can access everything BUT frame data

Hello. I'm currently trying to interface a Pyrocam IV laser beam profiler with MATLAB. At its heart the device is a GigE camera so I'm attempting to use the GigE adapter in the IMAQ toolbox. Using the Pyro's manufacturer supplied software, the camera does function fine. Within MATLAB I can identify the device, read its settings, and even change them (verified by turning the internal chopper on/off), yet I cannot pull any frame data. To make matters more confusing, when connected to a different lab computer, it works just fine.
I pulled the imaqsupport readout from the functioning setup and mirrored all the settings exactly to my machine and still no joy. The only differences left that I can discern are that the lab computer is running MATLAB 2014a with IMAQ 4.7 while my computer is MATLAB 2015b with IMAQ 4.10; and that the lab computer is not networked while mine is. I think the problem lies down one of two paths and I'm hoping that the community can confirm this for me:
1) Something in my newer MATLAB and IMAQ toolbox is preventing the frame data from coming in. If this is the case can I simply copy the DLL from the old machine and use it? I didn't have any luck trying to find ways to downgrade my toolbox.
2) My computer's firewall is letting settings-based communications through but not frame data, in which case I need to get IT involved.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Sorry for digging this up but I just wonder if you got this resolved? I have a Pyrocam III and while I can read the frame values into Matlab in chopper mode. But it is always saturated at either < 10 for a dark sport and nearly 65355 for a bright spots. I check my image on the Beamgage software and it is way below saturation.
Please any idea how to fix this issue?
