How to control Title/Xlabel/Ylabel?

I tried to use gca/gcf function to control (turn on/off title and change labels) but I wasn't able to navigate through it correctly. Any elaboration would be greatly appreciated! Here is the code;
x=normrnd(0,1,[1 50]);
lgd= qqplot(x)
