Putting pre-saved figures into subplot

Greetings,

I am trying to accomplish the following task: 1. I have a bunch of figures, saved as a 'variable'. FigHandle(1:9)=figure(1:9);

2. Creating another figure with subplot(3,3,x);

3. Putting all the figures from FigHandle into the subplots

I tried to do it with copyobj and managed to make most of the figures working, but all the text info (i.e. legend, title, labels) are lost in the process. Is there any way to achieve these result with preserving the mentioned info?

I was having same concern to put some graphs from existing figure to a subplot of new figure, but it was not possible. The only way is to copy and paste.
