MATLAB report from a standalone application.

I have a GUI in which I have to generate a pdf report containing the results. I have done the coding and its works fine as long as I run it in the matlab editor. But when I compile it into a standalone application every thing works except the report generation. I am not able to figure out why it is happening.

To enable someone who does not have MATLAB installed to run your compiled program, your program must execute this statement before executing the first line of DOM code that it executes to generate a report:

makeDOMCompilable();

If it doesn't help can you please send a small reproducible code?

I am not using pubish command in my code. I am creating pdf report programmatically using dom api.
