How i can paint some points of my x.fig and save ?

I have a file (.fig) that is a Point Cloud figure that i got of my kinect V2. But then i need paint some points, to compare to other point cloud. Anyone know as i can paint some points of my x.fig and save ? And if it´s possible then run a script to analize my x.fig and save new color points in a Matrix?
