calculating the greatest percent drop from data set

Hi everyone,
I am stuck on this problem (see attached).
I currently have
for i = 1:length(dataset);
currHigh = dataset(i, HIGH);
if currHigh > previousHigh;
previousHigh = currHigh;
end
currDrop = dataset(i, LOW) ./ currHigh;
end
