how can i split image and edit on each part at the same image ?

i have image I=[960x1280x3] uint8 and i want to split it in to half and edit on each part at the same image like i don't want to make each part separate!!! multiply edits on each part at the same image??

Try this:

topHalf = rgbImage(1:480, :, :);
bottomHalf = rgbImage(481:end, :, :);

Now you have it split in half into two parts and you can do your "edit". I don't understand what "i don't want to make each part separate!" means. And I don't know what you mean by multiplying your edits on each part.

I don't know what that means. For example, here is an edit where I changed the red value of the pixel in row 3, column 8 to a value of 200:

rgbImage(3, 8, 1) = 200;

Is that the edit you wanted to do? If not, specify exactly what kind of edit you want.
