How to train Wavelet Network with Backpropagation

I'm working on controlling a nonlinear system with Wavelet Neural Networks. I'm not using the wavelet toolbox on MATLAB, rather I use my own code to build the network. After finishing my code, I try to train it with Backpropagation algorithm. The training works for one parameter but not for the others! Is there anyone who could help?
