point cloud library for matlab2010

I am using Matlab 2010 and I can't implement functions of point cloud processing such as pcread and pcwrite, which seems only viable in matlab2017. Buying license of 2017 really is not easy, so is there any free library that be able to be integrated into matlab 2010 ?
