Time-based linearization returns empty state function fields

I am trying to use the time-based linearization feature. I then feed the results into the ss2tf function to create a transfer function that I can check stability on. However the b (and sometimes c) system state arrays are empty, composed of a matrix that is 6x0. Feeding these state table results into the ss2tf function produces proper denominator coefficients but no numerator values.

Dear Daren, I also tried to calculate a linearized state-space model using the time-based linearization feature. However, to get familiar with this feature I started with a simple transfer-function which of course obtains a linear characteristic. (You find this test in the attachment) In this case, both the expected b and c remains empty. This is not what I expected due to this linear transfer-function. The corresponding a-matrix is obvious correct. Have you solve this problem already?
