When I checked, you had asked 158 questions and not accepting answers that often, ignoring requests for clarifications lots of times.
That is far from fair to the contributors in this forum. Why should you get answers when you can't even be bothered to clarify what you mean?

Fair enough. That leaves the requests for clarification.

It would even better, if you provide enough details to allow answering your questions. I've checked some dozens of your questions and none contained enough information for a reliable answer. It is the nature of problems, that it is not clear which details are required to solve it. In many cases finding the perfect question contains the solution implicitly already. Therefore questions for clarifications are a part of the process of solving. But in your case, this is far from being efficient.
Look at this example: You cannot increase the speed of a DLL. There is no magic switch in the operating system to reduce the runtime of an arbitrary DLL. Therefore an answer require an analysis of the code to find out where it needs how much time. "Using code" cannot be an answer. So please give the readers a chance to help you. Otherwise you waste their time, and your own time also.

It's highly irresponsible to say or ask "if i get correct answer i accept otherwise i never accept?"
Everytime someone or the other tries to make an attempt to either answer or understand your poorly formed questions and you hardly even bother to reply them. It's only fair for you to spend more time in asking better questions or at least answer the follow up questions.
