add data to gui table with iteration

hello guys,i want to ask

i have program to show data from mat file in to gui table, i make video license plate recognition, this is my code

    data_plat = load('Data_Plat.mat');
    Database_All = data_plat.Database_All;
    data2 = table2cell(Database_All(strcmpi(Database_All.Plat, final_output), {'Plat', 'Nama', 'Jurusan', 'Status'}));
    set(handles.uitable1, 'Data', data2);

this code is to get specific data(final_output), n show row data from mat file to table,

final_output is plate number get by the program, final_output always change because the program is video processing

question is how to make data in table remain in table and get more row without erase remain row in table?
