Now without humor: You can insert the command for opening the 2nd GUI in the callback of the button. While this is actually easy, not to say trivial, it is complicated to give an explicit example, because your question is vague. Therefore Oleg's "yes" is an almost optimal answer.
What have you tried so far and which problems appeared?

1. Build your other GUI.
2. Create the button in your main GUI and put code inside its click callback that invokes your new GUI. This will just be the base name of the M-file that your GUI is stored in.
3. Use uiwait as detailed in the bottom half of this page: <http://www.mathworks.com.au/support/solutions/en/data/1-15K5T/index.html?product=ML&solution=1-15K5T>
