How do i save the figure as an image ?

Hello everyone After processing an image i am getting 7 plots as output,one of the plot is an image. how do i save the figure as an image ?

doc saveas, savefig

when i am using the saveas to save the image, most of the resolution of the image is lost. I want to save the image in its original form. how can i do that ? please help me
