Autoencoder parameter selection in 'trainAutoencoder' function

I was trying to use matlab inbuilt function 'trainAutoencoder'. In autoencoder how i select the mini-batch size(b) and the learning rate. What is the effect of 'L2WeightRegularization', 'SparsityRegularization','SparsityProportion' parameter on the performance.
