I have this matrix:
A=[ 1 2 -4 6
9 7 5 9
8 -3 7 2
1 2 6 7]
i want to extract the vector [ 6 5 -3 1], can anyone help me ?

Assuming you mean the antidiagonal of the matrix:
diag(fliplr(A))
