X axis and y axis frequency from frequency domain decomposition method

I have a g+4 structure with acceleration time history data along x and y axis for each storey. I have to find out the structural frequencies along both the axis. I tried using the Frequency Domain Decomposition program given in mathwork. But I am getting only the y axis psd peaks. How to obtain the x axis frequencies??
