Have you tried re-installing the support package? If yes, please contact MathWorks Technical support with an installation question.

In my case,the files were still in the Matlab folder ,just not where the setup wants them to be.
So see carefully where the notification says:
.
And simply create the folders as the setup wants and copy-paste the contents of the XML and ZIP files where it requires.
Click on NEXT/Continue on the Hardware Setup Dialog Box.
You should be good to go!
