transfering an image

I have an image say lena.bmp.I have two computers which have the versions r2010a,my ip address is say 192.156.0.12 and 192.156.0.12 i have image in system which has Ip address 192.156.0.12,now i want to transfer image from one system to another ,please help how to process

I get error

tcpip.tcpip>tcpip.tcpip at 141

There is no 'NetworkRole' property for TCPIP objects.

when i use

tcpipServer = tcpip('0.0.0.0',55000,'NetworkRole','Server');

'0.0.0.0' i replaces as my system ip address,please help

It was not until one of the R2011* releases that MATLAB supported server for TCP/IP .

You will need to upgrade, or use udp, or use the MATLAB File Exchange contribution "tcpudpip"
