How can I use matlab open a file with .txt and plot these dates in this file.

It depends on the context of the text file. What are "these dates" and how do you want to "plot" them? Did you search in the net already for "Matlab import text file"? You will find many explanations.

It depends if the file contents are just numbers or it has numbers and strings values. Can you upload a file that you want to read?
