How to compare two color images?

I need to insert my reference image and the input image i will compare with the reference image. an example my reference image is red, so, whenever i insert red color image it will displays red otherwise it just show black color. can someone help me how to create the coding for this or give some idea.

Regarding "inserting" images, see my attached demos for copying and pasting an image onto another image.
