Solving a DDE in laplace domain with Pade approximation

I'm trying to solve this: xdot = -Lx(t-1) where x is a 3x1 vector and L a constant 3x3 matrix. The initial conditions for x are [0 0 0]' I computed X(s) manually as [1/(s+L*exp(-0.1s))]*x0. ilaplace(X(s)) gives an error. How do I proceed from here then to get the vector x(t)?

Don't you have to supply initial conditions for x on a complete interval of length 1 ?
