Bayesian Neural Network

Sir/Madam,

I have implemented RBF Neural Network. I dont have any idea about Bayesian Neural Network. Could you please give me some basic idea of Bayesian Neural network and how it can be implemented it in Matlab.

Unfortunately, there is no such feature in the current R2020b version, only the case of Bayesian optimization hyperparameters
