Solving sets of Initial Condition ODEs for a 6 stage reactor

I have a set of ODEs that were approximated in excel using Euler's method. However, this only allows me to analyze five minutes of data with the required step size being so small, and the maxiumum capacity excel has for data analysis.....
I need to figure out how to solve the ODE in matlab (preferably NOT using Euler's method). I attach an explanation/summary of the equations I have. The yellow are the equations I use, and the pink are the constants/variables I already have or experimentally determined.
I'm lost as to how to approach the set up in matlab. I checked out the options in ode45, but I utilize some of the ODE answers as a variable in the other ODEs (the dE/dt or energy density equation is used in the dT/dt temperature equation for example)
Can someone please advise me as to how to enter in my data and solve? Right know the excel results are shown
Summary of Equations: subscripts l means liquid g means gas and the "i" represents the stage of my reactor (i have a 6 stage reactor... so really there are 6x the equations listed, one for each stage)
