Extract overlay matrix containing the same number

Hi,

I have two matrix as example below

A=
[0 1 2
 3 4 5 
 0 9 0]
B=
[0 1 4
 3 0 5
 0 9 1]

I want to extract only overlay cell containing the same number as following;

C=
[0 1 0
 3 0 5
 0 9 0]

Could you please help me for that

C = A.*(A == B);
