Matlab function block has problem with the size of array inputs

One of the inputs of my MATLAB function block is an array of size [1000,3]. When I insert a break point to debug the function in this block I can see that this input parameter has a size of [1000,2]. I don't know why the array has a different number of columns inside the function.. What could cause this issue ?
