matlab can't save script or function

MATLAB won't save anything and I can't run any scripts or function because of this problem. This suddenly happened starting today. How can I fix this?

pls check your window update and window defender security center when i met this problem i try to turn off window defender and try it again.

I faced same problem recently. I closed all opened files using fclose all then file got saved automatically.
