I have found code for kalman filter but for a fixed point

I have found code for kalman filter but for a fixed point, How to modify the code for reading the latitude, longitude, speed and heading from csv file every 0.1 seconds and predict 2 seconds which is mentioned in code. The vehicle parameters are in vehicle-data-HV csv file Kalman filter code in Tutorial.m file
